Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, email address, company name (optional), subject, and message. We also record the IP address and user agent of your browser at the time of submission for abuse-prevention purposes.

Where it goes

Submissions are processed by an Azure Function on our Static Web App, then forwarded to a Microsoft Power Automate flow on our tenant, which creates a Lead record in our Microsoft Dataverse environment and notifies our team via Microsoft 365 email and Microsoft Teams. Everything remains inside our Microsoft tenant.

How long we keep it

We retain CRM records under the firm's standard data retention schedule (seven years), aligned with our Microsoft Purview retention policies. Application Insights telemetry (the IP address and user-agent fingerprint logged at submission time) is retained for 90 days.

Who has access

Clickharder Consulting staff with CRM access can view submitted lead records. No third-party processors receive your data beyond Microsoft (Azure, Dataverse, Microsoft 365) as the platform provider, and Cloudflare, which provides bot protection for the contact form via the Turnstile service.

Your rights

We operate under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). If you'd like to access, correct, port, or have us delete information you have submitted, email marketing+security@click-harder.com. We'll acknowledge within two business days and complete most requests within thirty days.

If you are in the EU/UK and would like to exercise rights under GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, data portability, objection), the same email address is the right place to start.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set any cookies and does not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers. The only third-party request the browser makes is to load the Cloudflare Turnstile widget on the contact form for bot protection. Turnstile does not use cookies or track users across sites.

We may update this policy as our practices change. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.
